CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit & Booking Policy Deposit Required: A non-refundable $15 deposit is required to secure all appointments. This goes toward your total service balance. Late Cancellations (Under 24 Hours): Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time A 50% service cost will be charged for cancellations in less than 24 hours. No-Call, No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up without notice will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay 100% upfront for any future bookings. Payment at Booking: Appointments must be booked with available funds. Slots cannot be held without a deposit.
